Работа с обращениями граждан, в том числе индивидуальных предпринимателей, и юридических лиц на РПУП «Завод точной электромеханики» осуществляется в соответствии:

Постановление Совета Министров Республики Беларусь от 17 февраля 2012 г. № 156 «Об утверждении единого перечня административных процедур, осуществляемых государственными органами и иными организациями в отношении юридических лиц и индивидуальных предпринимателей, внесении дополнения в постановление Совета Министров Республики Беларусь от 14 февраля 2009 г. №193 и признании утратившими силу некоторых постановлений Совета Министров Республики Беларусь».
Постановление Совета Министров Республики Беларусь от 14 июля 2017 г. № 529 «Об административных процедурах, подлежащих осуществлению в электронной форме».
Инструкция о порядке организации работы с обращениями граждан и юридических лиц, личного приема граждан, их представителей, представителей юридических лиц в Государственном военно-промышленном комитете Республики Беларусь, утвержденной приказом Госкомвоенпрома от 31 декабря 2011 г. № 343.

При подаче заявления на личный прием необходимо иметь документы, удостоверяющие личность (паспорт, вид на жительство, свидетельство беженца). Представители заявителей должны представить документы, подтверждающие их полномочия.

Предварительное консультирование при предварительной записи для личного приема осуществляется руководителем юридической службы по тел. +375 17 318 90 23.

Книга замечаний и предложений находится в канцелярии, каб. 6.
