Предприятие является управляющей компанией холдинга «Высокоточная электромеханика», который зарегистрирован 21 мая 2015 года Министерством экономики Республики Беларусь в Государственном реестре холдингов за № 98.
В состав холдинга входит открытое акционерное общество «АЛЕВКУРП». Выбор ОАО «АЛЕВКУРП» в качестве участника холдинга объясняется необходимостью сосредоточения производственного, научно — технического и финансового потенциала, имеющегося у предприятий (с учетом направлений их деятельности) для достижения поставленных задач в рамках холдинга.
Открытое акционерное общество «АЛЕВКУРП» создано на основании приказа Минского городского территориального фонда государственного имущества от 24 декабря 2010 г. № 120 путем преобразования Научно-производственного республиканского унитарного предприятия «АЛЕВКУРП» в соответствии с законодательством Республики Беларусь о приватизации государственного имущества. Филиалов и представительств не имеет.
В связи с созданием холдинга «Высокоточная электромеханика» постановлением Совета Министров Республики Беларусь от 27 мая 2015 года № 994 «О принятии в республиканскую собственность и безвозмездной передаче акций» 100 % акций ОАО «АЛЕВКУРП» были безвозмездно переданы в хозяйственное ведение республиканскому производственному унитарному предприятию «Завод точной электромеханики» – управляющей компании холдинга «Высокоточная электромеханика».
В рамках холдинга «Высокоточная электромеханика» планируется создание необходимой инфраструктуры по производству перспективных образцов ракетного (зенитного ракетного) вооружения, обеспечивающей полный цикл производства, в том числе и различных типов ракет (управляемых реактивных снарядов), формирование и развитие школы ракетостроения.
